If you are not satisfied with your assigned tutor or class flow, you can request a teacher change immediately. We strive to find a perfect match for your family.
Refund requests submitted within the first 7 days of subscription activation are eligible for 100% reimbursement, excluding classes already conducted. After 7 days, fees paid are non-refundable, but you can pause classes at any time.
Approved refunds are processed to the original credit card or PayPal account within 5-7 business days. Contact info@hafsaquranacademy.com to submit requests.
