Classroom Guidelines & Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Pauses can be requested for vacation reasons (up to 30 days), which freezes your billing cycle and carries forward class credits.
Students must be present on scheduled hours. Absences without a 4-hour advanced leaf notice will be marked as conducted, and are not eligible for makeup sessions. Tutors will wait up to 10 minutes in the digital classroom before ending classes.
All visual handouts, whiteboards overlays, portal templates, and audio classroom recordings are proprietary to Hafsa Academy and cannot be redistributed or resold.
